Joseph McCormick

Joe McCormick is the founder and president of Current Insurance Consulting, licensed as an Oregon insurance agent since 2009.

He is a certified AHIP Medicare agent, with specific areas of training in long-term care planning, annuity, and tax-free retirement planning.

Prior to becoming an insurance agent, Joe spent 26 years as a small business owner in the automotive industry specializing in the art of paintless dent repair serving auto dealerships and auto body shops throughout Oregon. His experience with businesses large and small has put him in contact with clients and hundreds of individuals all striving for a similar goal of obtaining the proper insurance protection at a minimal cost while building retirement assets with minimal risk. This compliments his role in providing comprehensive insurance planning and asset-building strategies to meet specific goals.

Joe comes from a large farming family and is the youngest of ten children. Joe has been married to his wife Dora for more than 30 years. They have two sons Tyler and Jacob. The McCormicks enjoy boating, paddleboarding, RVing, and spending weekends and holidays with family and friends.
